I had and outstanding couple of days fishing with Wyoming boys, Del and Curt, on the Green River and Bighorn River this week. The fly fishing was great on both days. Del and Curt caught fish on dry flies and nymphs with fish taking annelids, bwo’s, and baetis patterns. The Bighorn River has had some major clearing of the floating moss making nymphing a breeze compared to last month. The best part of our two days, in addition to the fly fishing, were the great stories that we shared about the local ranches, cattle, and people we all know in the agricultural industry around the state. Del kept Curt and I in line on the first fish, the biggest fish, and the largest fish. We even have a picture of the largest caught by Del. Thanks to Del and Curt for the great time on the Green and Bighorn Rivers. To see more of the trip go to our Facebook Page here.
