Bighorn & Green River Flows: Wind River Canyon Update
Bighorn & Green River Water Flows: Wind River Canyon Update-This last weeks big rains around Wyoming have squashed predictions about big water and flooding. The Bighorn River in Thermopolis, Wyoming is flowing at 4200 cfs, and the Green River Fontenelle Dam will be bumping water flows to 3400 cfs on June 4th. Wind River Canyon is open to traffic again. Thank you WYDOT! Here at Dunoir Fishing Adventures we are very excited to see big water! It is a simple equation. Big water = BIG fish! If you know where to find the fish your rewards will be huge, and our guides know where to look for trout! Even better is there should be plenty of water in the river to keep the temperatures down, which make it easier on trout health and vitality. The Dubois fishing is going to be great in the lakes and high mountain tributaries. We have many options for fishing spring conditions. Keep posted for our upcoming trips and fishing report updates.
